| This form is 1/3 of the requirements for the Drug Demand Ribbon. | |
| School Evaluations | This form must be filled out by a school Administrator around the end of the school year, so Young Marines can receive credit for outstanding grades, school sports, and music. |
| Progress Report | This form must be completed and turned into the unit Adjutant every quarter (3 months). |
| Community Service | This form must be filled out at the time of your community service so ou can receive credit for you hours. |
| New Awards Manual | This is the new awards manual. It covers all of the riddons, devices, and badges that you can now earn. |
| New Ribbon Chart | Ribbon Chart |
| New Awards Log | Use this form to keep track of the awards that you have earned. |
