Key responsibilities |

| Commanding Officer | is responsible for everything the company does or fails to do. |
| Executive Officer | performs such duties as assigned by the Commanding Officer. |
| Adjutant | is responsible for the unit records. |
| Paymaster | is responsible for the unit finances. |
| Ceremonies Officer | is responsible for all of the ceremonies that the unit performs in. |
| Public Relations Officer | is responsible for getting the unit’s events out. |
| Platoon Leaders | are responsible for the Young Marines that are assigned to their platoon. |
| Medical Officer | is responsible for keeping the Young Marines' medical records are up to date. |
| Supply Officer | is responsible for the unit's gear. |

Company Gunny |
is a Young Marine and they assists the Commanding Officer in the training of the unit and by doing such duties as they are assigned. |
